How to register for RIMUN 2012

1. Fill the on-line registration form;
2. You will receive a first acknowledgment email confirming we have received your registration;

1. We will process your application and inform you with a second acknowledgement email; we can either:


• Accept your registration as it is;
• Accept your registration with a lower number of students; or
• Decline your registration.

Please note: in processing the applications we consider several factors, as the geographical distribution of the schools, and their prior years’ participation. A quota of at most one-third of total participants is reserved to Italian students.

1. You will receive in the second acknowledgment email the username and the password for accessing the school reserved area of the website;
2. Access the reserved area and fill the form: we require information concerning your pupils and your accommodation.

Please note: we can provide accommodation in Italian families only for a limited number of foreign students (usually up to 100). This opportunity is granted, without any additional charge, according to the “first come first served” basis.

1. Deadline for the payment of the first instalment (30% of the fees); this amount is not refundable. If you wish, by that date you can pay the whole sum.

1. We expect all the participants have submitted the information required;
2. As soon as possible you will receive the Countries and the Committees/Commissions assigned.

VISA request: if such permission is needed, please write us within the mid of January the following information regarding people who request VISA: name, surname, birthday, birthplace, citizenship, passport number and expiration date (no national ID are allowed). We will send you an official sheet within one week. Please note: the VISA process can take a long time depending on the country you come from
